What is the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app?

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app is an interactive mobile tool that allows its users to view offers, promotions, upcoming events, and make dining and/or hotel reservations. If you’re a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member, you get even more benefits by downloading the app, including in-app offers, instant access to tier and reward point balances, and more.

How do you download the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app?

Simply visit the App Store or Play Store and search for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½.

What benefits do I get while using the app as a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member?

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards members can get instant access to tier and reward point balances, and view their current offers,

What benefits do I get as a non-ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member?

If you’re not a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member, you can still use the app to your advantage. View upcoming promotions and events, make dining and/or hotel reservations, and navigate the property.

How do I register for an account?

You must already be a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member in order to register an account in the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ App. (If you have just signed up for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards, please note it may take up to an hour for your account information to transfer before you can register for an account within the app.

Tap the ‘Register Account’ tab on your screen. To complete your registration, fill in your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards account number. Your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards number begins with PM000, you will only need to fill in the number after the zeros. For example, if your number is PM000111111, simply enter 111111.

Once you’ve entered your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards Number, enter your birth date and tap Register. Then fill in your email address and create a password.

You will receive an email to verify your account. Tap the Verify Email Address button in the email. Now you’re all set. You can login to your account by going to the home screen of the app and entering in your account number and password.

How do I reset my password?

You can do this in two ways:

1. If you are already logged in to your account: Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap ‘Settings’ and ‘Change Password’.
2. If you are not currently logged in into your account: Tap the ‘Reset Password’ button on your login screen. You will need to fill in your account number and birth date to get a new password.

How do I turn on/off push notifications?

Go to the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap the ‘Settings’ listing on the side of your screen. Under ‘Settings’ you will see ‘Push Notifications’. Tap the button to make changes. If the button is RED, then notifications are enabled. If the button is white, notifications are turned off.

How can I contact ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ if I have questions about my account?

Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap the ‘Contact’ listing on the side of your screen. Tap ‘Send Message’ button and fill out the form with your questions or feedback.

Where can I find my offers?

Tap the ‘Offers’ tab on your screen. After you type in your account number and password, you’ll be able to see your offers. 

How do I get offers?

The fastest and easiest way to get offers is to become a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member and use your card while playing and making purchases at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. Although you can’t register online, it’s easy to become a member next time you’re at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. Just visit ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards on Casino Level 2.

What if I forgot my account number?

What if I lose my ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards card?

Please visit ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards on Casino Level 2 or any one of our enrollment kiosks. You will need a valid photo ID for a card re-print. 

Do you have to be a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards member to get the app?

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards members receive offers via the app, so it’s recommended that you become one, but you don’t have to be a member to download the app.

How do I log out of my account on the app?

Tap the ‘Menu’ tab on your screen. Then tap ‘Log Out’ on the side of your screen. 

How can I find my tier progress?

Log in to your account, tap the ‘My Account’ tab. Your tier point total will be listed on the side of the screen and a progress bar will appear in the middle of the screen. The bar gives you a visual representation on how close you are to achieving the next tier level. 

How can I find out more information on tier benefits?

Once you’ve logged into your account, tap the ‘My Account’ tab on your screen. Find the ‘Tier Benefits’ button near the bottom of the page. Tap the ‘Tier Benefits’ button for more information about your benefits.

Where do I view my reward points?

Log in to your account online or use the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app, tap the ‘My Account’ tab on your screen. Your Reward Points will be listed near the top of the screen.

Reward points for slot play are equal to $1 of free play for every 100 reward points earned. These points can be downloaded at any slot machine when you insert your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards card. Follow the onscreen prompts to download dollars to your favorite slot machine.

Reward points for retail, dining, and hotel purchases are equal to $2 for every 100 reward points earned. Present your ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Rewards card to any of our dining outlets, or Gift Shop to redeem your reward points.
